Richard & Gaye McNair
Raised on a cattle ranch in West Texas, Dr. Richard McNair brings a lifetime of hard work, strong faith, and deep-rooted biblical conviction to his ministry. Both Richard and his wife, Gaye, were raised in Christian homes, educated in Christian schools, and grounded in God’s Word from an early age.
Dr. McNair earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Criswell College in Dallas, Texas. He also pursued further studies through Liberty University and completed his Doctor of Ministry through Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary. His passion for learning reflects his commitment to faithfully handling the Word of God and leading with wisdom and conviction.
Beginning in ministry at just 17 years old, Dr. McNair has faithfully served in nearly every area of church life—including youth pastor, bus pastor, education pastor, worship and music pastor, and now for many years senior pastor. This breadth of experience gives him a unique understanding of the church and a shepherd’s heart for people in every stage of life.
Gaye serves faithfully alongside her husband and is a vital part of the church’s ministry. She is deeply involved in music and worship, in ladies’ ministry, and has a special burden for the homebound, ministering with compassion and care to those who cannot attend in person.
Together, Richard and Gaye are blessed with a large and growing family—six children, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Their love for the Lord, for each other, and for people is evident in all they do.
With a spirit of humility, dedication, and joy, they continue to lead, serve, and invest in the lives of others for the glory of God.
